A bit of a frosty one this year though!! But for the first time, frogs have actually spawned in the pond. We seem to have a self-supporting population of frogs now, which is pretty good really I suppose considering we are in the middle of a big housing estate next to a scrap yard complex!
Those canes on the right are actually from my forsythia bush - I'm not that keen on it really, but I've discovered that I can 'coppice' it for beanpole type canes.
